These terms govern your use of Linden. By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Linden is a wedding budget planning tool. It generates personalised budget estimates from the details you provide. Estimates are informational only — actual vendor prices will vary, and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Payment

Linden Pro is a one-time purchase. The price is shown in your local currency at checkout and is processed by Stripe. Your purchase covers both partners and does not auto-renew.

30-day refund: If Linden isn’t what you hoped for, email support@wedwise.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Linden to harass others, reverse-engineer the service, scrape data at scale, or break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The Linden software, budget engine, and content remain our property. Your wedding data remains yours — we only use it to run the service for you.

Limitation of liability

Linden is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed vendor deadlines or event cancellations.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.
